Hakimullah Sidiqi an applied operational manager with professional Technical Managerial Skills both academically and by having 15-year record of experience and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Kardan University of Kabul Afghanistan.  Most of Hakimullah experiences have been in Business Development. Finance,Administration and procurement management as well as in Trade and business area where he has been focusing on enhancing better facilitation for private sector development and Operations management system with strengthening transparency and accountability in this area in Afghanistan. He is one of the founding members of Afghanistan Central Business Registry (ACBR) of Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Afghanistan, As a summary of professional profile, Hakimullah has served in different level of key business operation and Trade business Management related position for key international organizations in Afghanistan.

Besides financial Managements field Serviced service in USAID Bearing point and Deloitte EGGI project in ministry of Commerce& industry of Afghanistan he is one of the founder of Central Business Registry of MOCI in Afghanistan, He have also Leadership managerial experience which adds to his ability, he is the expert for Business Development, capacity building and Incoterms (2010-2020) related Economics, he have voluntary cooperation with business media act as a economics analyzing in national and international Famous Media ( Ariana News and Tolo News, Ashna TV) when required.  

He was served in private sector as an Operation and Membership& Events Director with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC-Afghanistan) participated within national and international trade and events conferences and meetings and he is currently serving as a Secretary General with Canada Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce& industry (CACCI) in Canada & Afghanistan.
